Hello All, I have some users operating on OS X 10.11.3 using Office 2016 for Mac. Whenever these users try to print double sided to our Xerox ColorQube 9201's, Word crashes. All Macs are using the latest Xerox 9201 driver - 3.65.3. I have pasted some of the error log below. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Hi, Please confirm if other applications (such as Outlook, Excel, PDF ect.) on Mac can work fine when printing. Also check if the issue only happens when printing double sides.
