I receive my Verizon email on my iMAC via 2011 Outlook for Mac (14.7.2) Beginning on March 30 th when I clicked on Receive mail Outlook said that it had identified 29 new messages. But they never downloaded and a message later appeared stating my request had “timed out.” Subsequent attempts revealed increasing numbers of new messages available but none have been received.
